JarretThor Fine Arts is proud to present Cindy Packard Richmond's "from the Water"

Cindy Packard Richmond is a pastel and oil painter whose work has been featured in International Artist Magazine. She's currently a resident artist at the Torpedo Factory Artist Association in Alexandria, VA and a published novelist and food writer.

The show opening reception is Friday, July 9 from 6-9 PM at the Gallery at 100 Taylor St, Colonial Beach.  Additional exhibit dates are Fridays through Sundays, July 9-August 8.
